With free rotation around their own axis, General Roller rollers are used to support and guide conveyor belts.
Manufactured with SAE 1020, SAE 1045, AISI 304 and AISI 316 steel tubes, they are subjected to the most rigorous eccentricity controls and rectified in the bearing housing.
The seals meet the specific needs of each customer and can be made in graphite nylon, nylon 6.0, nitrile rubber or in metal with electrolytic galvanization.
As external coating options, we have polyurethane paint, hot vulcanized rubber, Spiraflex hoses, polyurethane, among others.
Natural rubber rings are highly resistant to abrasion and impact.
On the external coatings, polyurethane paint, hot vulcanized rubber or spiraflex are applied.
The fixing of the rolls on the supports (stands) is done by fitting, eliminating the need for fixing screws
