The General Roller cast iron pulleys are manufactured from qualified raw materials, melted in induction furnaces through the Dual Therm Melting System.
They are molded with hydraulic compression technology, which provides excellent finishing, stability and repeatability in the manufacture of pulleys. Its coating is made through hot vulcanization in an autoclave directly on the body, thus ensuring better adhesion of the rubber.
The pulleys are supplied mounted with axes fixed through keyways, bearings according to the customer's drawing and specification.
Manufactured in the types GRPLS with Single Frame, GRPLD with Double Frame and GRPLG with Cage Frame, they are the best solution for lifting bulk grains in the agricultural market, guaranteeing high performance, less weight in relation to the boiler pulley and excellent cost benefit for being a product cleaner.
